Orders may be placed by phone toll free at 888-211-9129 (USA and Canada) or via
our commercial number 360-698-2433.Fax Orders
Orders may be sent via fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our toll free fax
number is 800-278-0138 (USA and Canada) or via our commercial fax number at 360-698-8232.
Method of Shipment
We ship UPS ground unless other arrangements are requested. Orders received
by 2:00 PM are normally shipped the same day (Monday - Friday).
Backorders
If popular parts are out of stock you will be notified immediately. Usually
special orders or backorders are shipped within 15 days. No charge will be made to
your charge card until the parts are actually shipped.
Method of Payment
We cheerfully accept Master Card or VISA. Orders may be shipped COD with
certified check. Special payment arrangements may be arranged for if addressed in
advance.
Guarantee
We don't have customers, only friends; this philosophy is reflected in our
guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have a problem with
any order, for whatever reason, your money will be refunded or a credit issued.
Please call before making a return to get authorization. It is expected that the
return will be arranged for within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after
30 days will be considered on a case basis.
Sales Tax
Washington state residents must pay a tax of 8.2%. It is the law. If
you have a business and wish to purchase products for resale tax free, you must complete a
resale certificate (available on request). This is also the law in Washington state.
Out of state / country sales are not taxable at this time.
